Delivery
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours, if it takes longer, you will be made aware of the reason. Payment must be cleared before shipping, all orders are sent via royal mail and a small service charge of £0.60 is added to all orders. The prices below do not include this but will be added on the final invoice or at instant checkout.
All our products are packaged to the highest standards, parts are packed in griplock bags and at times we may combine multiple lots in single griplock bags when parts quantities are lower. Minifigures are packed individually in thier own bags, new/used parts are packed seperately and clearly marked. Most small orders will be dispatched in bubble mailers/pip boxes and large volume/sets in boxes. We may not always provide a packinglist in the order, if you require all your parts packed seperately, need a packinglist enclosed or any other special requirement please request when placing order.
- Orders up to £20 will be sent 1st/2nd standard.
- Orders between £20 - £150 will be sent via 24/48 tracked.
- Orders between £150 - £500 will be sent via special delivery
Using these services covers the insurance on the value of the parcel and no extra charge is applied for insurance aside from the cost of posting the items on the above stated services.

Orders over £150 will be sent via RoyalMail Special Delivery.
Instant checkout covers most of the uk postage and is as accurate as possible but you are welcome to request a quote if you prefer to manually checkout for exact shipping costs.
We are also able to provide shipping options via other couriers and handling agents. Please choose 'Request a quote' at checkout and add your requirments in note.
