Parts Quality
All LEGO® products sold at Legendary Brick Co are stored in a smoke-free and pet-free establishment.
NEW - All our sets, parts and minifigures are NEW. Parts are never used, are only handled during sorting, storing and at packaging stages. All sets are sealed and in new condition unless otherwise stated in description. All parts are stored away from direct sunlight, Please note new does not mean Mint and may have minor imperfections from the Lego bags they came from.
Minifigures - All our minifigures are new and supplied not assembled unless otherwise stated in thier descriptions. They are stored packed in griplock bags and away from direct sunlight.
Used - All our used parts and minifigures are thoroughly checked and cleaned before being placed in store for sale. Any imperfections are stated in the items description and all our used parts and minifigures are stored separately from the new stock. We do our best to only list parts with minimal to no play/use, any parts or minifigures which do show signs of play will be listed in description.
Payment methods and returns
Our store has no lot limits, no minimum lot value, no added paypal charges, no minimum order value or hidden fee's aside from a small service charge of £0.60 which is added to all orders. Our aim is to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it, large orders may take longer but you will be informed if extra time is needed.
We accept payments via paypal and in the following currencies, GBP, USD, EUR.
Payments must be received within 7 days of placing the order and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the full payment. If you need to keep your order open for a while please let us know and we will be happy to keep it open.
All products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are returned in the original condition they were sent out. Refunds will be the cost of the items bought and not the shipping fee, buyer will pay for return postage costs and restocking fees may apply to return orders.
If the product you purchased is damaged or faulty please message us so we can correct this. We will send out a replacement for it if we have it, or issue a refund if we do not have the item in stock.
If there is an error in the inventory and we do not have a part that you have purchased we will issue a refund for the value of the part. We will always inform you if we do not have the part you bought. We try our best to ensure this does not happen, however errors can occur at times by even the best of us.
